Job summary

Duke Manufacturing in Sedalia, MO, is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Lab Technician to lead testing of refrigerated products and analyze system data. You will mentor lab staff and coordinate cross-functional launches, working with engineers and vendors to resolve issues.

The role involves test method development, sizing and charge determination, and preparing agency DAP data sheets, with travel to client sites as needed. A strong background in vapor compression and thermodynamics is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial refrigeration service, installation, or lab testing.
• EPA 608 certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-house and agency testing on products.
• Analyze refrigeration system data and identify design issues.
• Coordinate corrective actions with engineers and vendors.
• Mentor Laboratory Technicians and support cross-functional launches.
• Prepare agency DAP data sheets and test method development.
