Priority Dispatch Corp. in Missouri is seeking a Refrigeration Design Engineer to design and develop new and redesigned commercial refrigeration products from concept through testing, agency approval and into production.

You will lead or participate in the New Product Development process, manage project schedules, and collaborate across functions to launch products while controlling costs and ensuring manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of related experience required.
• Experience with new product development and product design.
• Experience supporting regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new commercial refrigeration products; select components to meet design objectives and enable standardization.
• Lead or participate in the New Product Development process and manage project schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products and resolve issues.
• Work with manufacturing to ensure manufacturability and cost reduction goals.
• Prepare specifications, BOMs, drawings, and change requests; support regulatory submissions.
