Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician for our local Oregon store. You will oversee repair and maintenance of refrigeration HVAC equipment, using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

The role requires 10 years of commercial refrigeration HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with clean MVR; HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand, digital and power tools.
• Receive and document repair work orders to support Stores and store associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities/equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and follow OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as needed.
