A high school diploma and EPA refrigerant certification are required. Base pay ranges from $56,160 to $106,080 per year, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available at select locations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Use work orders to document repair activities and support stores.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, diagnose, and test facilities and equipment.
• Complete required safety and equipment training.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety guidelines.
