Job summary
Transport Refrigeration, Inc. (TRI) in Oak Creek, WI is seeking experienced Reefer Technicians and Diesel Technicians to diagnose, service and repair transport refrigeration equipment and diesel engines. This role offers Thermo King training and hands-on experience to advance in the field.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent technical experience.
- Multiple years of technician experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with diesel engines, electrical systems, HVAC, trailers, or heavy‑duty equipment beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair transport refrigeration units.
- Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems.
- Service and repair APUs and diesel-powered heaters.
- Diagnose and repair truck cab A/C and HVAC systems.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Complete repairs within standard repair times while maintaining safety.
