Job summary

SixGen, Inc. seeks a Senior Red Team Operator to join our Delivery team. This remote role includes one onsite day weekly in Washington, DC, reporting to the Program Manager.

The candidate will conduct advanced red team operations for government and commercial clients, delivering actionable findings and risk mitigations. Requirements include US citizenship or clearance eligibility, 6+ years of hands-on red team experience, leadership, payload development, and the CRTO certification within 90

Qualifications

• US citizen or eligible for clearance
• Minimum 6 years direct red team and/or government CNE/attack ops
• Minimum 2 years red team leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years hands-on with red-team tools (Cobalt Strike, Kali)
• Minimum 2 years independent red team engagement lifecycle
• Minimum 2 years payload development to bypass AV/EDR
• Minimum 2 years mentoring junior operators
• Minimum 2 years delivering red team reports and briefings
• CRTO certification required (within 90 days)
• OSCP/OSCE/OSEE/GXPN/GPEN preferred but not required
• Experience on cloud multi-/single-tenant environments

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end red team engagements and simulations
• Develop and customize testing tooling to meet operational needs
• Deliver technical reports and executive briefings
• Mentor junior operators on red team tradecraft
• Collaborate with program managers and security teams
