Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a Senior Red Team Analyst to bolster our cybersecurity by proactively identifying vulnerabilities and simulating real-world threats. You will work across teams to strengthen defenses, validate security controls, and improve incident readiness using MITRE ATT&CK as a guiding framework.

You will identify weaknesses, test security controls, and collaborate with development teams to ensure secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or IT security.
• 4+ years in hands-on security roles or 5+ years in IT with security responsibilities.
• Experience across cybersecurity domains: threat analysis, ICS security, vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate network vulnerabilities using automated tools and manual testing.
• Communicate identified vulnerabilities clearly to system owners.
• Remediate with owners and re-test vulnerabilities for resolution.
• Maintain Red Team infrastructure for adversary simulation and security testing.
• Develop and execute detailed Red Team engagement plans against MITRE ATT&CK.
