Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Analyst to lead internal red teaming, attack simulations, and threat/detection engineering within the Security Assurance team.

You will drive adversary simulations, translate findings into concrete detection content and architectural improvements, and develop tooling to emulate advanced threat actors. OT environments experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3-6+ years of information security experience.
• 3+ years in offensive security, read teaming, pentesting, or detection engineering.
• Experience in a regulated sector; familiarity with gas/utilities business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead adversary simulations, purple-team exercises, and red-team engagements based on real-world TTPs.
• Partner with SOC, Engineering, and IT to translate findings into detection content and architecture improvements.
• Develop and validate threat detections using SIEM/EDR and measure coverage via threat hunting and automated validation.
• Perform penetration testing, security architecture reviews, and application security assessments.
• Develop tooling, automation, and proof-of-concept exploits to emulate adversary behavior.
