Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions seeks a Red Team / Cyber Assessment Engineer with an active TS/SCI polygraph clearance to join our Annapolis Junction, MD team. You will conduct adversarial assessments, emulate threat actors, and evaluate complex networks to harden critical infrastructure.

The role requires 7+ years of cybersecurity and red team experience (or 5+ with a Master’s) and offers a base salary of $176,000–$208,000 USD plus a comprehensive benefits package, with periodic OCONUS travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, CS, CS engineering or related field; 7+ years in cybersecurity.
• Master’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of offensive security experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute adversarial assessments and emulate real-world threat actors.
• Perform full-scope Red Team engagements and analyze networks for IOC.
• Leverage MITRE ATT&CK framework to identify vulnerabilities and document mitigations.
