Responsibilities

• Oversees Environmental and Health & Safety programs and compliance at the facility.
• Manages operations and maintenance across all departments to meet production levels.
• Forecasts monthly production with general manager and commercial group to meet facility goals.
• Leads Continuous Improvement initiatives for the facility and processes.
• Maintains and analyzes inventory controls and SOX-compliant reporting.
• Manages budgeting, CAPEX considerations, and staff scheduling for exempt and hourly workers.
