Job summary

Odyssey in Wright Patterson AFB area seeks a Senior Management Analyst (Recruitment & Placement) to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for ISR/SOF programs. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, interview coordination, and ensuring clearance readiness to support a $22 billion acquisition portfolio and warfighter readiness.

The ideal candidate will manage pipelines, uphold EEO/OFCCP compliance, and deliver actionable recruitment metrics to the Director of Personnel.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain a proactive sourcing strategy for program vacancies.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate all interview stages with government or contractor hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications and provide realistic job previews to maximize retention.
• Verify candidate education, certifications, and employment history.
• Coordinate with security officers to confirm clearance status for candidates requiring access to classified environments.
• Track metrics (Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, candidate drop-off rates) and report to leadership.
