Job summary

Apogee seeks an Onsite Recruitment and Placement Specialist to support USAF and FMS programs at Wright Patterson AFB. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment while ensuring compliance with EEO and OFCCP requirements.

Initially onsite, the position will transition to hybrid after an onboarding period. Requires US citizenship and a Secret clearance, with 5+ years in recruitment and DoD experience. BA/BS in Business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Minimum Secret level security clearance.
• 5 years in agency, corporate, or government recruitment or selection.
• Experience supporting the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain a proactive sourcing strategy to build a pipeline of qualified, pre-screened candidates for program vacancies.
• Promote diverse sourcing channels including niche job boards, networks, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate all interview stages with government or contractor hiring managers.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with EEO guidelines and OFCCP regulations.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and provide weekly/monthly activity reports to leadership.
