Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in recruitment consulting, account management, or related occupations.
• Leading full-cycle recruitment for international director and senior management roles in financial services, assessing strategy by local market trends.
• Talent mapping and market research for large, global clients using advanced sourcing platforms and tools.
• Sourcing and evaluating candidates in investment modelling, reporting, capital, actuarial modelling, hedging, pricing, valuation, quantitative fields.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment outcomes in the US Actuarial Perm market by headhunting candidates and developing client relationships.
• Review professional profiles and job orders to match applicants with client requirements.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights into the division’s recruitment programs.
• Negotiate engagement agreements with multinational companies.
• Provide reports to leadership and clients highlighting milestones and pipeline health.
• Define client personnel requirements and make hiring recommendations.
• Develop market knowledge within Financial Services to advise clients on hiring trends.
• Attend conferences and client meetings to stay informed on current trends.
