InterEx Group is expanding its SAP recruitment team in Miami. This Senior Recruitment Consultant role gives you full ownership of your market, clients, and candidate network within a global technology recruitment business.

You will develop new business, build long-term client partnerships, and place top SAP professionals across contracts and permanent roles. UK relocation options, relocation package, and visa sponsorship are available for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in agency recruitment.
• Proven success in a 360 recruitment role.
• Strong billing history with demonstrable business development success.
• Experience recruiting within SAP, ERP, Technology, IT, Cloud, Data, or Cyber Security is desirable.

The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our SAP division in Miami. This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your market, clients, and candidate network.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering exceptional talent across the SAP ecosystem. Backed by an established global brand, experienced leadership team, and clear career progression, you’ll have the autonomy and support to build a highly successful desk while maximising your earning potential.

For high-performing consultants, this role offers a clear pathway into Team Lead and Management positions as the business continues to scale.
