This is a unique opportunity to own your own desk across multiple high-growth industries and place top talent into corporate functions such as finance, HR, operations, and more. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development and client meetings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements.
• Building deep relationships with clients across multiple sectors, acting as a trusted advisor and recruitment partner.
• Leading face-to-face client meetings across Greater LA to better understand their business and hiring needs.
• Developing new client relationships and identifying growth opportunities in the market.
• Collaborating with a motivated team that values transparency, ambition, and quality over quantity.
• Providing a service that is focused on the right solutions and decisions for the long term

What You Bring:

• Proven recruitment experience (agency or search), ideally placing mid-to-senior corporate services professionals.
• A strong commercial mindset and love for business development.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to client engagement.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit. You’re excited to build and own your desk.
• Based in or relocating to Los Angeles, with the confidence to attend regular in-person client meetings.
• You have a sense of fun and want to be part of a work culture that recognizes and embraces that!
