Position:

Executive Sourcing Talent Access Partner

Responsibilities:
  1. The Executive Sourcing Talent Access Partner will be responsible for delivering high-quality executive-level candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring managers.
  2. Serve as a strategic Sourcer, establishing collaborative relationships with Recruiters and business leaders, providing recommendations and talent insights based on deep technical knowledge, market understanding, and a strong network.
  3. Develop innovative digital outreach strategies (via social media, email, etc.) aligned with enterprise branding strategies to meet talent needs.
  4. Partner with Executive TA leadership to review and improve sourcing efficiency through key performance indicators.
  5. Drive a best-in-class candidate experience, cultivate long-term relationships, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  6. Promote agile thinking with a fast, adaptive, and iterative sourcing approach.
  7. Utilize business data, technology, and operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates and actively sell the company to passive talent.
  8. Support global external prospect outreach for critical hiring needs.
  9. Contribute to the TA team’s success in identifying, attracting, and acquiring talent across various segments.
  10. Leverage digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytics to drive talent attraction strategies.
  11. Support the development of digital outreach campaigns and partner with leadership to enhance sourcing performance.
  12. Demonstrate leadership behaviors and leverage relevant skills and competencies in talent sourcing and identification.
Qualifications - Internal Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience.
  • Global talent perspective.
  • Knowledge of innovative recruiting technologies and their business implications.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Executive Recruiting, Sourcing, Talent Development, or HR.
  • Experience creating talent pipelines across functions and levels through multiple channels.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Experience supporting FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Preferred Competencies:
  • Background in corporate recruiting or retained search firms.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) and software like MS Word, Outlook, Excel; experience with Taleo or similar ATS and talent relationship management systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation, mobility, employment law, interviewing, and sourcing strategies.
  • Understanding of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
  • Excellent assessment and interviewing skills, with knowledge of selection methodologies.
  • Experience using metrics to assess performance.
