Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Recruiting Operations & Enablement Manager to own the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our recruiting function. This is a hands-on role: you'll manage the day-to-day health of our recruiting tech stack, build operational rigor that lets recruiting scale, and partner with recruiters and People teams to remove friction from the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional workstreams.
• Proven experience building and documenting processes that are repeatable and data-hygienic across recruiting systems.
• Strong command of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday) and recruiting/scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of our recruiting systems, including ATS and scheduling tooling.
• Build and document repeatable, scalable processes that hold up as headcount grows.
• Own data hygiene and reporting across recruiting systems; dashboards trusted by leaders.
• Partner with recruiters to identify friction and build solutions, including AI-enabled workflows.
