Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination, Administrative Support, or HR operations.
• 1+ years of experience utilizing Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary scheduling point across the interview lifecycle with multi-stage calendars.
• Partner with Tech Recruiters to ensure smooth requisition management and candidate journeys.
• Leverage Workday ATS, Canvas, and Gemini AI tools to automate scheduling and boost speed.
• Build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Executive Assistants while protecting data.
• Track metrics, run ad-hoc reports, and analyze surveys to drive process improvements.
