Terracon, a leading engineering consulting firm, is hiring a Senior Recruiter to drive full life-cycle staffing across the organization. You will partner with leaders, build strong candidate experiences, and shape recruiting strategies within a collaborative, employee‑owned culture.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, offer negotiations, interview coordination, and continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality hires that align with Terracon’s growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
10 years of professional staffing and recruiting experience in engineering or related field.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
Proficiency in sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates.
Strong written and oral communication with marketing ability to convey company goals.
Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

Conducts full life-cycle staffing companywide.
Discusses long-range personnel needs with management and provides candidate recommendations.
Develops recruiting strategies and oversees interview coordination.
Negotiates offers and advises on compensation strategies.
Maintains positive candidate experience and updates ATS in a timely manner.
Ensures regulatory and company policy compliance.
