Job summary

PremiStar is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, operational, and skilled technical roles, with emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation positions. The role will build pipelines, guide hiring managers, and improve recruiting processes using analytics.

You will partner with leaders to define requirements, interview plans, and timelines while managing intake meetings and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience recruiting in HVAC, mechanical contracting, MEP, construction, facilities services, building automation, or industrial services industries.
• Experience with multi-location or multi-unit organizations.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience with recruiting analytics and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake through offer negotiation and close.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies aligned to role requirements, market conditions, geography, compensation, and talent availability.
• Recruit for hard-to-fill skilled-trades and mechanical systems roles, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls/building automation, service, and construction positions.
