Job summary

FIFTEEN WEST is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Miami to own end-to-end recruitment within Life Sciences and tech. You will build client relationships, deliver top talent, and drive business growth in a fast-paced 360 environment.

You will collaborate with industry leaders, leverage a strong mentorship and L&D framework, and enjoy uncapped commission. The role offers a clear path to leadership and a vibrant office culture in Miami.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of 360 agency recruitment experience.
• A track record of billing success in a metrics-driven environment.
• Passion for business development and talent advisory.
• Knowledge of life sciences or technology sectors (or the motivation to learn fast).
• Strong phone presence, negotiation skills, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from BD to candidate placement.
• Source and qualify high-level professionals across life sciences functions.
• Lead new business development with biotech and pharma partners.
• Drive revenue through expert-level headhunting and client delivery.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to expand your desk and influence.
