Qualifications

• Strong collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage global full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with VP People and hiring managers to define hiring strategies.
• Develop creative top-of-funnel recruiting strategies and employer brand messaging.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Support light IT tasks and account provisioning.
• Lead recruitment processes with data-driven improvements.
