Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and maintains a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Sources, develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Keeps accurate documentation of candidates, searches and recruitment activities for compliance.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
• Prescreens candidates, coordinates interviews and communicates timely feedback to applicants and managers.
• Manages offers under direction of hiring managers and within compensation guidelines.
