Job summary

Omniscient Digital is seeking a senior recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across the organization. You will source proactively, run screens, and close candidates, collaborating with hiring managers across Strategy, Editorial, Digital PR, and Operations.

As the sole recruiter, you will manage the Ashby ATS, build pipelines, and drive data-driven recruiting with dashboards. This role offers 100% remote flexibility, competitive pay, profit sharing after year one, and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-paced marketing or creative agency with many reqs.
• Proactive sourcer who can find people who aren’t applying, and has hires to prove it.
• Experience closing candidates: comp conversations, counteroffers, and bringing candidates back.
• Experience running multiple searches at once and keeping them moving.
• Administration of Ashby (or similar ATS) beyond just clicking through.
• Meticulous and detail‑oriented; avoid dropped candidates and messy pipelines.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and challenge unrealistic criteria.
• Autonomous and proactive communicator about project status.
• Fluent English for closing conversations with senior candidates.
• Friendly, team‑oriented mindset and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles from search to signed offer.
• Source proactively; build a network of passive candidates and role-specific strategies.
• Write compelling job postings and optimize to attract the right candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates; run pre-screens and coordinate interviews.
• Close candidates; manage offers and counteroffers.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs and streamline interviews.
• Own Ashby ATS data; keep funnel accurate and improve processes.
• Track metrics and maintain dashboards for pipeline health.
• Surface insights from data and flag at-risk searches early.
