This high‑impact, hands‑on role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent in a competitive market. Responsibilities include owning full-cycle recruiting, building sourcing strategies, maintaining records, and providing metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth SaaS/tech startup.
• Proven track record filling technical engineering and go-to-market roles.
• Experience recruiting in infrastructure software, cloud, or enterprise tech.
• Strong sourcing for hard-to-fill roles and niche skills.
• Manage interview scheduling and debriefs with leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; advise executives.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Rippling.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions—sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate pipelines.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels to build a diverse pipeline.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end with timely communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS for reporting.
• Provide pipeline updates and recruiting metrics to leadership.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and workflows.
• Represent ZEDEDA's culture and values to candidates throughout the process.
