Taktile is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own the full GTM recruitment lifecycle across our London or Berlin offices. You will source, engage, and close top talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and partnering with leaders to shape hiring needs.

You will leverage AI-assisted tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven strategies to optimize the hiring funnel, with collaboration across People Ops for onboarding and visa support when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on sourcing and talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring across GTM functions and collaborating with leaders.
• Skilled in using AI tools for sourcing and outreach.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Capable of conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting cycle for GTM roles, from scoping to offer.
• Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and maintain timelines.
• Deliver standout candidate experience with clear communication.
• Use data to track funnel health and drive hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with People Ops on onboarding, relocations, and visas.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
• Refine assessment frameworks and interview practices.
