Unity Technologies is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to identify, interview, and close roles across the COO org and regions. The role emphasizes building talent pipelines, qualifying for technical and cultural fit, and closing offers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will partner with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to drive hiring outcomes and ensure a positive candidate experience through every stage of the process.

Qualifications

• Extensive in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in multinational hi-tech companies or top search firms.
• Proven track record recruiting across GTM/tech roles and levels.
• Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global units and regions.
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations or top search firms
• Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of GTM/tech roles and levels
• Strong experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
• Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines

  Base Salary Range: 100,000 USD -130,000 USD Gross
