Job summary

Unity is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to identify, interview, and close roles across multiple departments in the COO org and regions. You will own the recruiting process end-to-end, build pipelines, and ensure a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit while partnering with hiring managers and internal teams. The role includes managing offers and driving successful closures in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in multinational hi-tech contexts or top search firms.
• Track record recruiting for a variety of GTM/tech roles and levels.
• Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global units and regions.
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations or top search firms
• Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of GTM/tech roles and levels
• Strong experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
• Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines

You might also have

• Recognized as a subject matter expert across sourcing, engagement, and inclusive hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS, GEM, and Linkedin

Base Salary Range: 100,000 USD -130,000 USD Gross

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
