Job summary

Unity, a global leader in real-time 3D development, is hiring a recruiter to support its growing teams. You’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build pipelines, qualify candidates, and partner with hiring managers across regions.

Base salary ranges from 100,000 to 130,000 USD gross per year, with potential equity and bonuses. This role focuses on candidate experience, collaboration, and timely delivery in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in multinational hi-tech firms or top search firms.
• Track record recruiting for GTM and tech roles at multiple levels.
• Experience leading hiring strategy across global units and regions.
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
• Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
• Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations or top search firms
• Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of GTM/tech roles and levels
• Strong experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
• Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines

You might also have

• Recognized as a subject matter expert across sourcing, engagement, and inclusive hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS, GEM, and Linkedin

Base Salary Range: 100,000 USD -130,000 USD Gross

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate's relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
