The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of recruiting experience, solid ATS proficiency, and a proactive, data-driven approach to building talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in auto insurance or multi-location environments.
• Experience recruiting across departments and organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and hard-to-fill roles.
• Knowledge of Federal and California employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define workforce needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across departments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Deliver and negotiate employment offers with hiring managers and HR.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social networks for sourcing.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Advise on interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Track recruiting metrics and present staffing updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring requirements.
