Job summary

Skylo in Mountain View is seeking a Senior Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring for its G&A and GTM teams. This is not a seat-filling role; we want someone who defines roles, evaluates candidates, and closes with impact.

You will partner deeply with hiring managers, design intentional interview loops, and own pieces of the hiring system. Build AI-powered workflows to source smarter, screen faster, and synthesize signals reliably.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of in-house G&A or GTM recruiting at a startup or scale-up
• Demonstrated partnership with hiring managers and shaping role definitions
• Track record of process improvement in interviewing and ATS workflows
• Native fluency with AI in daily workflow using tools like Claude, Ashby or Metaview

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance and more
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role definitions and design interview loops
• Improve and own parts of the hiring system (rubrics, scorecards, sourcing playbooks)
• Build AI-powered workflows to source, screen, and synthesize candidate signals more reliably
• Hit pipeline velocity and offer-acceptance targets while maintaining quality
• Surface market insights and compensation trends to inform decisions
• Provide an excellent candidate experience aligned with Skylo's mission and brand
