Job summary

Skylo seeks a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to build and run a scalable recruiting function. Expect 55–70 hires across Mountain View, Espoo and India to support aggressive engineering growth.

This is a player-coach role reporting to executives and requires translating strategy into an effective recruitment engine. You will own system architecture, workforce planning alignment, and employer branding to attract hardware, software, and telecom talent, turning recruiting into a competitive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience hiring into software, hardware, deep-tech, telecom, or similar.
• Proven track record of building structured interviewing and decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a multi-year global talent acquisition strategy.
• Define roles with scorecards and manage interview panel processes.
• Lead multiple talent pipelines across regions and functions.
• Own Ashby as the core recruiting OS and manage data hygiene.
• Develop workforce planning, reporting, and employer branding.
