Credit Genie in New York, NY seeks an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle searches across technical and cross-functional roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build proactive pipelines, and establish hiring theses with data-driven rigor.

You will leverage AI recruiting tools, manage funnel metrics in Ashby, and guide end-to-end offer negotiations in a fast-growing startup environment. This role requires ownership, urgency, and exceptional judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record closing strong candidates in competitive markets.
• Genuine talent judgment with market mapping and data-driven reasoning.
• Experience using AI recruiting tools as core stack and building pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle searches across technical and cross-functional roles from first touch to signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and hiring theses.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies; know companies, teams and people worth pursuing before the req opens.
• Use AI tools across sourcing, outreach, research and pipeline as a core part of how you work.
• Own funnel metrics and the infrastructure behind them; maintain data integrity in Ashby and provide evidence-based insights.
• Own offer processes end-to-end: extending, negotiating, closing, and generating offer letters.
• Act as a strategic advisor with market intelligence to anticipate hiring needs and shift strategy as signals change.
