Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for the Higher Education Segment. This is a remote role with ideal candidates in several states and a focus on sourcing, consulting with hiring leaders, and building robust talent pipelines.

You will influence recruitment strategies, partner with teams and vendors, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience while shaping Sodexo’s talent journey in higher education services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing or employment branding.
• Strong sourcing and talent-pipelining capabilities.
• Excellent communication, consulting and negotiation skills are essential.
