JC Law in Linthicum Heights, MD is seeking a Recruiter to support our hiring team in full lifecycle recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.

You will maintain a detailed candidate database, craft compelling job descriptions for social media and university boards, and help design recruiting strategy with leadership. A proactive, communicative, and data-literate professional will thrive with 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in full life cycle recruitment.
• Ability to coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Experience writing job descriptions for multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Implement Full Life Cycle Recruitment, from posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement recruiting strategy.
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants as needed.
• Write, edit, and post job descriptions for social media and university boards.
• Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool.
• Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including reference checks.
• Source candidates and maintain an accurate candidate database.

Your role:
As a Recruiter at JC Law, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring team's efforts in recruiting and onboarding top talent. Your responsibilities will include implementing the Full Life Cycle Recruitment, candidate database maintenance, and schedule coordination. You will actively participate in screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and contributing to the onboarding process.

• Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including reference or background checks
• Source Candidates
• Develop and maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database
