Job summary

Everforth ECS in Fairfax, VA seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles across multiple programs supporting government contracts. You will partner with hiring managers, manage pipelines, coordinate onboarding with HR and Security, and ensure OFCCP/EEO compliance while building forward-looking talent pools.

Candidates should have 5+ years recruiting experience, TS clearance, and strong sourcing skills using ADP or Workday, with experience in defense

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical and cleared government contracts.
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, job boards, social media, networks, and local outreach.
• Experience recruiting and pipeline-building for Top Secret-cleared candidates, with understanding of clearance processes, adjudication timelines, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred; Workday or Salesforce acceptable).
