Job summary

AMN Healthcare in Dallas, Texas, a leading healthcare staffing firm, seeks a Senior Recruiter, Nursing & Allied to source, qualify, interview and place nursing and allied clinicians in contract travel assignments. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and work closely with Account Managers to align candidates with client openings.

The role emphasizes consultative recruiting, market awareness, compensation discussions, and utilization of ATS/CRM tools and AI-enabled recruiting

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of nursing and allied healthcare professionals for contract travel assignments.
• Meet recruiting activity and placement goals while developing new clinician relationships and retaining clinicians on assignment.
• Conduct candidate screens to understand clinicians' professional experience, skills, career objectives, compensation expectations, availability, and preferred assignments.
• Advise clinicians on travel healthcare opportunities, market conditions, assignment expectations, career goals, and realistic placement timelines.
• Discuss and negotiate compensation packages with clinicians in accordance with established guidelines.
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers for consideration against current client openings.

This role develops and maintains a pipeline of qualified clinicians by understanding their experience, licensure, skills, availability, career goals, and assignment preferences.The Senior Recruiter serves as a consultative partner to clinicians throughout the recruitment process, providing information about travel healthcare opportunities, market conditions, compensation, and assignment expectations.
