Job summary

Collier County North Collier Regional Park seeks a Supervisory role to oversee recreational and educational programming and related facilities with limited supervision. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, maintain records, and coordinate operations to deliver high-quality public programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, and a valid Florida driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience.
• Fingerprinting required.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with applicable endorsements may be required.
• Fitness certifications or related athletic program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, including full-time, part-time, seasonal staff and volunteers.
• Ensures safety compliance and adherence to county policies and procedures; maintains training, certification and licensing records.
• Schedules facilities and manages program operations to maximize resource use.
• Provides front desk support and customer service, including information via phone, email, and in person; operates POS system.
• Attends professional trainings and keeps up-to-date with recreation trends.
