Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees and volunteers tasked with Recreation Fee Program duties, including assigning work, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Serve as technical authority for resolution of difficult issues related to collection, deposit, tracking, and expenditure of fee revenue and donations.
• Test reservation system functionality in automated systems such as Recreation.gov and report findings.
• Prepare or update operating manuals and SOPs for fee-related systems and processes.
