Supervise a team of employees and volunteers tasked with performing Recreation Fee Program related duties including assigning work, preparing schedules, evaluating work performance, effect minor disciplinary measures, interview candidates for positions in the unit; recommend appointment, promotion, or reassignment to such positions. The incumbent performs assignments in accordance with all regulations governing the handling of government funds and separation of duties. Serve as a technical authority for the resolution of especially difficult or sensitive technical problems associated with the collection, deposit, tracking, and expenditure of fee revenue and donations. Test reservation system functionality in automated reservation systems such as Recreation.gov and report findings as appropriate. Prepare or update operating manuals and/or standard operating procedures for the implementation of fee related systems, processes, and procedures.
