Job summary

Unity Recovery is seeking a Recovery Support Services Director to lead peer-based recovery services at the Unity Community-based Recovery Support Services program. Qualifications

• Certified/credentialed recovery specialist required.
• Minimum 3 years in community-based recovery settings.
• At least 1 year supervising peer staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direct supervision of recovery support programs peer staff.
• Facilitate daily shift debriefs and monthly supervision.
• Develop and enhance peer staff professional growth and training.
• Build and manage partnerships with community, business, and governmental entities.
• Maintain program data, reports, and records with program standards.
• Oversee scheduling and administration of program activities.
