Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Recovery Specialist onsite in Carmel, IN to manage daily recovery operations and mentor the Recovery staff. You will coordinate work across the unit and assist with invoicing, title distribution, and sale proceeds while ensuring compliance with policy.

You will train and guide team members, communicate procedure updates, and collaborate with management and other departments to achieve optimal recovery results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigation and analysis of settled files to assign recovery work.
• Training, educating and mentoring team members on recovery processes.
• Reporting, ACH processing and supporting manager backup duties.
