Job summary

Arundel Lodge seeks an Assistant Bay Ridge Program Manager to support the Bay Ridge residential program, ensuring a recovery-focused environment and high-quality services. The role combines direct support with program coordination, staff leadership, and operational oversight.

The successful candidate will provide leadership coverage in the Program Manager's absence, support admissions and transitions, and help maintain compliance with agency policies and program standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of mental health/human services experience.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Knowledge of the Recovery Model and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and help residents pursue recovery goals.
• Lead staff and supervise in the Program Manager's absence.
• Coordinate care with nurses, providers, and treatment team.
• Assist with admissions, transitions, and crisis intervention.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and environment in residences.
