Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 7+ years in a relevant field, or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 4 years of FEMA PA/IA program experience.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft guidance on FEMA PA/IA costs/activities.
• Provide FEMA policy expertise to drive client decisions.
• Support local governments and nonprofits in disaster recovery.
• Guide clients through administrative and policy challenges.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Lead recovery engagements from an operational and administrative perspective.
