Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams within a recovery or collections environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Recovery processes, including strategy execution and oversight.
• Driving performance and accountability across third‑ and fourth‑party suppliers.
• Knowledge of legal and court processes related to recovery and collections.
• Working knowledge of NeuAnalytics or similar middleware platforms used for account placement execution.
• Solid controls background, with experience operating in a risk‑managed and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and opportunities to improve areas and develop new processes through monitoring and analysis of operation data and performance metrics.
• Manage operations for a business area and promote efficient processes, risk management and compliance initiatives to support the bank’s operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations and align with SLAs.
• Manage operational professionals; provide guidance, coaching and support to improve delivery quality.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of operation functions; use data and technology to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer experience.
