Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scope of work and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate customer and client approvals.
• Schedule and oversee crews for active projects.
• Maintain communication with customers and vendors.
• Manage production expenses and material assets.

Skills

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Education

High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
