Job summary

SEI is expanding its Investment Manager Services Division and seeking a supervisor for the Reconciliation team. You will train and supervise operation analysts, coordinate account openings/closures, and ensure accurate reconciliation of custodial and prime broker accounts.

The role emphasizes reliability, client service, and collaboration with fund accounting teams. You will review work for accuracy, participate in performance conversations, and help shape team development.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience in financial services.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliation activities with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and meet client service expectations.
• Coordinate opening and closing of new or terminated accounts and document related processes.
• Review analysts' work with due diligence to ensure error-free reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist the manager with performance appraisals, monthly one-on-ones, career development, and staffing through interviews.
• Communicate with internal and client teams to resolve issues; coordinate with technology and vendor support when needed.
