Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Reconciliation COE, to lead balance sheet reconciliations in line with enterprise controls. You will partner with onshore and offshore teams to drive timely resolution, uphold audit readiness, and ensure adherence to SOX requirements.

In this role you will manage reconciliation execution, item management, and continuous improvement initiatives within the COE, contributing to standardization and policy alignment across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations experience.
• Experience performing or reviewing balance sheet reconciliations in a controlled environment.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or review balance sheet reconciliations in alignment with COE standards.
• Validate supporting documentation, ensuring clear audit trail and alignment to account activity.
• Apply risk-based review principles, focusing on high-risk and material accounts.
• Identify and challenge unsupported balances or insufficient explanations prior to certification.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
