CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Reconciliation COE, to lead execution and review of balance sheet reconciliations in alignment with enterprise standards. The role partners with onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely resolution and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

3+ years of accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations experience.
Experience performing or reviewing balance sheet reconciliations in a controlled environment.
Knowledge of SOX controls and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Execute balance sheet reconciliations in alignment with COE standards, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Validate supporting documentation with clear audit trail.
Apply risk-based review to high-risk and material accounts.
Identify and challenge unsupported balances or insufficient explanations before certification.
Identify, track and drive resolution of reconciling items with root cause identification.
Monitor aging of open items and follow up per thresholds.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to resolve discrepancies and clear balances.
Escalate aged, complex, or high-risk items timely.
Support account clean-up and reduction of recurring discrepancies.
Coordinate with offshore teams to maintain quality standards and SLAs.
Maintain SOX compliance and provide audit documentation.
