Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Reconciliation Center of Excellence. The role focuses on executing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations with strong attention to risk, documentation, and policy alignment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items, and maintaining SOX compliance. A solid background in COE environments and prior experience with BlackLine, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations experience.
• Experience performing or reviewing balance sheet reconciliations in a controlled environment.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review balance sheet reconciliations per COE standards, ensuring completeness and documentation.
• Validate supporting documentation with clear audit trails and policy alignment.
• Identify and challenge unsupported balances and explanations prior to certification.
• Identify reconciliating items, monitor aging, and drive timely resolution with business teams.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to maintain quality and service levels.
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness with proper evidence and reviews.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within COE.
